The scenery was astounding and the locals were pleasant. The complimentary pool and spa passes were a plus. The location was excellent as it was easy to explore nearby villages. The room was tidy and our requests were accommodated with no dispute.
The New Year breakfast was lackluster and didn't measure up to breakfast served in other hotels in the same price range. The hallway had a stale odor that lingered throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the street from the spa where we could go for free with the entrance pass provided by the accommodation. The hotel itself was cosy and comfortable for our 3 nights stay. The breakfast, served from 7:30am, was very convenient, especially for our long hikes and climbs. We also enjoyed the proximity to the lake, which was just a short distance away. The free entrance cards to the nearby pool were a great bonus. The staff were very friendly and we had no trouble communicating in English. this hotel provided us with a clean and comfortable stay in a great location, close to the lake.

The beautiful landscapes and friendly staff made our weekend stay enjoyable. We got a guide and discount cards for activities, which was a plus. the location was perfect for us since we were by car and able to visit other nearby places. We even got free entrance cards for a nearby pool, which was awesome.
The WiFi didn't work on our Android phones, only on a Windows Mobile one. the breakfast was relatively poor compared to other hotels of the same star rating we have visited.
